A bill to REVOKE the Congressional charter of the National Education Association (NEA) has been filed in Congress! 📜
What is the NEA and why does this matter?
The NEA is the largest labor union in America, claiming to represent nearly 3 million members, most of whom work in government-run schools. It was supposed to promote education and support teachers — but instead, it’s become a radical political machine.
Today the NEA is pushing the most radical pro-abortion, pro-illegal immigration, pro-CRT agenda — and worse than that, they’re using their massive platform to influence who gets elected to public office!
In the 2024 cycle alone, their PAC dumped $27 million into local and state races, while spending another $2.8 million lobbying Congress for every kind of post-modern agenda you can imagine.

And homeschoolers are very much in their crosshairs.
You see, bills that would track, trace, and regulate homeschoolers are popping up in blue and purple states across the country — and the politicians filing these bills? Nearly always NEA-endorsed. Once in office, these politicians protect the union’s woke interests, not yours.
But here’s the good news:
We finally have a chance to fight back.
H.R. 4450, filed by Rep. Mark Harris (NC), would repeal the NEA’s federal charter — removing the government’s symbolic stamp of approval from an organization that has abandoned education in favor of an anti-God agenda.

The NEA has been pushing their pronoun agenda for years while doing everything in their power to regulate homeschooling and make it as difficult as possible.
And in some states, like New York, Minnesota, California etc they’ve succeeded.
It’s time Congress removed their Federal charter, telling the the NEA that if they want to be a Lobby Group, they’ll have to stop pretending to be a labor union!
