A disturbing report just came out of Oregon, where middle schoolers were encouraged to celebrate “Drag Day” as part of a Pride Month—encouraged to “dress like a drag queen/king/monarch or dress up as a different gender,” with little to no parental notice beforehand.
One day was deemed “Queer Hero Day,” and another was “Pride Flag Friday.”
🚨This isn’t just a misstep—it’s a huge cultural push within our public school systems that bypasses parents and subtly normalizes moral chaos.
It’s the kind of story we’ve seen far too often: parents ignored, values betrayed, trust shattered.
And yet—we’re not here to tell you what you already know.

We homeschool because we refuse to outsource our children’s hearts and minds to blatantly anti-Christian institutions.
We homeschool because freedom, safety, and truth are not negotiable.
And we homeschool because learning should happen in a place of love, curiosity, and moral clarity—not confusion and chaos.
So while the world reads these headlines in horror, we stand firm—equipping one another, building community, and defending our God-given right to lead our children with courage and conviction.
