For years, the establishment homeschool movement insisted that our job was to be nice, stay polite, and simply educate politicians.
We were told that if we just gave them more information, showed them enough data, and showed them we were ‘normal’, they would eventually understand and protect our rights.
But look around. Where has that gotten us? Our rights are trampled again and again, and the politicians who claim to be on our side rarely lift a finger when it matters.
🚫🚫The truth is that many of them don’t take homeschoolers seriously. They smile, nod, and tell us they appreciate us, but they don’t respond because they don’t see us as a force that can impact their career.🚫🚫

Politicians see us as nice people who won’t cause trouble. They do not see us as politically dangerous during their primaries, and that is why we continue to be ignored.
It’s time to learn a new way. We don’t need to spend dozens of hours a week on politics, I know most people don’t have time for that, but we do need to understand how real political influence works. Information alone doesn’t change anything in the political arena.
Pressure does. Strength does. A united movement that knows how to show up strategically does. 💪🏽
