Virginia Homeschoolers — Heads Up On Anti-Homeschooling Legislation!

Virginia is heading into one of the most dangerous legislative sessions homeschool families have faced in years.

The political balance has shifted hard, and lawmakers now have both the power and the motivation to move sweeping ‘education’ bills quickly.

Democrats now control the House of Delegates by a 64–36 margin, and we already know what that means.

❌Fueled by radical Left wins in New York City, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the Virginia Democratic party is hoping that this is the year they get to push through all of their agenda items. ❌

Last session, SB 1031 was introduced to regulate homeschooling and eliminate Virginia’s long-standing religious exemption.

That bill did not pass — but it made one thing clear: homeschooling is on their radar and it’s on their agenda.

And right now, before session starts, is when they’re deciding which bills to cram through when session gavels back in in January.

Session will be short and fast-moving. The Senate remains narrowly divided 21–19, which gives us a real opportunity — but only if homeschoolers get loud now and stay loud throughout the session. 📢📢

That’s why we need you to send your pre-written email opposing any new regulation of homeschooling today. Even if your legislator was replaced in the last election, your message will be forwarded to whoever now holds that office. These emails are read, counted, and taken seriously.

👉 Click the link and send your email now.

It takes less than a minute, and it tells our Senators clearly: homeschool families are watching, organized, and ready to fight for our freedom.

We can do this, it’s only a few short weeks — but we must push HARD!

>>>🗳️Tell Your Legislator to Vote NO on Any New Regulations of Homeschoolers!<<<

When you’re done, please send that link to at least three homeschooling friends, your friends at homeschool co-op or your Church ladies group chat.

This matters to homeschoolers, but also to everybody who cares about parental rights.

We need as many parents as possible to send in their emails of opposition so the politicians in Richmond know that homeschoolers are not an easy target!

For freedom,
