Summer is kicking off and if you’re like me, that means your schedule is full of activities and trips and you don’t have much time for anything else.
And whether you homeschool year round or do a traditional school year, this is typically the time people relax and just enjoy a slower pace.
But before you do that, I need to ask for your help.
Anti-homeschooling bills were filed all across the country last session and we’re hearing reports that MORE legislation is being drafted over the summer in order to be the first bills introduced when the state legislatures comes back.
So please take a moment to sign your official petition telling State and Federal law-makers to vote “NO” on new restrictions on our homeschooling rights!

Let’s be real:
The public school system isn’t mad because families are leaving. They’re mad because they’re losing control.
If you’ve been homeschooling for a hot minute, you’ve experienced (or have heard from friends) how government school officials can make it very difficult to withdraw your students.
They often shame and question new homeschoolers, calling into question whether or not the parent is qualified to give their kids a good education, implying they’re going to mess them up, etc.
In the ten years I worked for a large homeschooling company, I heard this fear from one parent after the other: “Will I mess up my kid? I’m not an expert and the people at the school looked at me like I was pushing my kids out into traffic to try to homeschool them.”
But the tides have turned. Hundreds of thousands of parents are leaving that broken and failing system every year. And with those kids, go millions of dollars in federal funding.

For decades, government schools acted like they owned our kids — deciding what they should read, what they should believe, even what gender they were. And when parents started showing up to school board meetings demanding answers, what did the system do?
They labeled parents as “domestic threats.”
They kicked moms out of meetings.
They told dads to sit down and shut up.
When that didn’t work — huge numbers of families had had enough and they left.
Tens of thousands of parents pulled their children out of failing, corrupt, ideological schools and turned to homeschooling. And that should’ve been the end of it, but it wasn’t.
Now, those same edu-crats are asking:
“How can we regulate homeschooling and get them used to us regulating them?”
“How can we make homeschoolers register with the state?”
“How can we force them to take standardized tests?
“How do we make sure they’re teaching our woke agenda?”
They couldn’t control your child in their classroom…so now they’re coming for your living room.
That’s why I’m writing you today, asking you to please sign your petition telling your State and Federal legislators to vote “NO” on any new restrictions on homeschooling!

Because make no mistake:
The system wants your kids back.
They want your educational freedom on a leash.
And they’ll use every trick in the book — “equity,” “safety,” “standards” “for the kids”— to get it.
🚨 Don’t let them. Push back!
They lost control of our children once.
Let’s make sure they never get it back.
